Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from damp, light and sources of heat. For long periods, we suggest to store in the refrigerator.
Consume
Only after cooking.
Preparation
Rinse the dried mushrooms in cold water. Put in warm water and let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse them again removing possible traces of soil. Now they are ready for cooking.
You can strain the soaking liquid and use it during cooking to exalt your recipes.
