Rinse the dried mushrooms in cold water. Put in warm water and let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse them again removing possible traces of soil.
Our wild Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and its group Boletus Aereus, Pinicola and Reticulatus) grow in the forests.
They are prepared and conserved with maximum care, without additives and preservatives. The weight of dried wild Porcini mushrooms corresponds to a tenth of their fresh weight of origin. With their precious natural and intense aroma and flavor, they are a valuable ingredient of old and new recipes.
Enjoy Porcini with pasta, risotto, soups, sauces, stuffing, meat or fish dishes. Dried Porcini mushrooms are available in several quality grades to meet the demands of any customer.
