Rinse the dried mushrooms in cold water. Put in warm water and let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse them again removing possible traces of soil.
The dried wild Porcini mushrooms are carefully checked and selected.
They are crumbled by a special machine and separated into different sizes by a screener. This product is processed in the full respect of the highest quality standards to meet the requirements of the food industry. Food industry add this special and natural ingredient to produce soups, sauces, stuffings, cheese, pasta, risotto, omelettes, meat or fish dishes. Also used in the creation of seasonings, polenta and ready-made rice.
